- Registered nutritionist and doctor Laura Thomas will guide you through confusing diet advice – and then do away with it. With her, you will learn about the evidence-based framework of intuitive eating and why it is more empowering and much healthier to take control of your food anxieties.

Dominique Antiglio, world-leading sophrologist, will introduce you to this simple but effective stress-management and self-development practice, which uniquely combines relaxation, breathing, gentle movement and positive visualisation, to build resilience, positivity and balance. This will be a practical session with key takeaways that you can use at home.
