London Centre for Intuitive Eating was established in 2017 to help people get their shit together around food, body image, and movement. We’re here to help you build a healthy relationship to food without rules or restriction. And if the thought of that gives you palpitations, don’t freak out, there’s a method to the madness; we’ll walk you through it so you don’t feel like you’re drowning in doughnuts!
While Intuitive Eating has become a bit of a buzz word lately, don’t sweat, this isn’t another fad diet. At it’s core, Intuitive Eating is about relearning HOW to eat, without all the WEIRD rules, restrictions, and deprivation that make us weird about food and eating in the first place. You’ll learn to break up with diets and say sayonara to MyFitnessPal. You’ll find out how to tune in and interpret your innate hunger & fullness cues (trickier than it sounds, but totally doable) and find out what your body’s really saying when you eat your emotions.
How do I know if Intuitive Eating is Right for me?
If you’re tired of feeling batshit around food and bored of bouncing from counting macros, to cutting carbs, to going on week-long juice cleanses because you heard it was the BEST way of losing weight, only to gain it all right back, then this is the place for you. Intuitive Eating isn’t a weight loss diet, but it can help you develop healthy habits – screw what the magazines tell you!
If you’re DONE with processing your emotions by faceplanting into a bowl of cookie dough or the thought of going food shopping or eating in restaurant stresses you out, then this is the place for you.

Booking an Appointment
Appointments are available by phone, Skype, or in-person at our clinic in East London. We offer packages of blocks of four sessions. This is to allow us to build up a relationship with you so we can give you personalised, tailored advice (we’re NOT about sending you off with a generic meal plan).
Appointments are available during the following days/times.
Friday 8am – 5pm
Appointments outside of these hours can will be considered on an individual basis and dependent on availability.

Nearest Tube: Bethnal Green (10 min walk)
Nearest Overground: Cambridge Heath (3 min walk)
Turn left out of Cambridge Heath Overground onto Hackney Road. Head west on Hackney Road and then take a right onto The Oval. The Royal Mail sorting centre will be on your left ahead of you. Follow the road to the right and enter the gates for the Gossamer City Project. We are located on the first floor. Take the stairs/lift and turn left. Our unit is the second one diagonally opposite the large tree.
You’ll be offered tea and any snacks during your appointment, but if you’d like a fancier coffee, we suggest visiting Sazzy And Fran (located on ground floor) or Hackney Coffee Co (on Hackney Road) before your appointment.
