One of the most common topics that comes up when someone’s new to Intuitive Eating is emotional eating – and more specifically, how to stop doing it.
That’s right, diet culture LOVES to vilify emotional eating and paint it out as a heinous crime.
But what if emotional eating was actually just a clue that something else was going on? What if emotional eating could give us information about other unmet needs?
We’ve designed a workshop to help you understand emotional eating and reframe it as something to be curious about.

Run by Registered Nutritionist Laura Thomas, PhD, and Registered Dietitians Jess Rann and Camilla Ferraro.
This workshop is open to individuals over the age of 18 years.

Tickets will include a breakfast pastry, fruit, smoothie, tea and coffee during the workshop and a goody bag and lots of handouts, resources and snacks to take home.
