What a great episode! A lot of points really resonated with me. I’ve definitely been guilty of feeling that my worth is dependent upon what others think of me and that I’m not okay because my body doesn’t look like how society says it should look. I also may have fallen into that disordered, restrictive eating in order to lose enough weight to finally “fit in” and be good or worthy enough to exist in the same space as those perfect, skinny girls.
